[Those brainwave patterns feel distinctly familiar, and the voice that follows confirms Deoxys' suspicions. The rock shudders violently and glows a deep red before exploding violently into large projectile fragments. Don't worry, Uxie, you can have an impromptu force-field around you courtesy of the rock-dweller here so that you don't get hit. Deoxys blinks repeatedly as his eyes adjust to the light, and he addresses Uxie.]

Right now he's doing his best cliche villain laugh, Hyper Beaming whole stories off of buildings to grasp telekineticly and launch at other targets, such as the cluster of helicopters that are trying vainly to shoot him down.

It's not long before he senses the presence of the person he's been waiting for, flying down to hover in the air a number of feet above her. He cackles with glee, his human arms morphing into tentacles so he can charge a Psycho Boost in preparation.]

He can't let Skyla get killed, now can he? No, that certainly wouldn't do, it might actually hurt him.]

[Ah, Unova! Deoxys is extra thrilled to be exploding things here of all places - this is the region that gets attacked by the main Big Bads in films, after all! He feels rather privileged, actually. Castellia City is the next place on his list when he's done leveling this one...assuming he doesn't get interrupted. Deoxys senses the on-coming attack and just barely shifts into Defense Forme in time to block the brunt of Techno Blast. Damn is that hot, though. It seems like he has some opposition? Well. That will just make this all the more big-screen worthy, wont it?

Deoxys charges up Hyperbeam and unleashes it earthward at the newcomer. Let him see how worthy an opponent this will be!]

The spookily triangular rock begins to shake with far more vigor than anything of it's size and weight actually should from simply being poked, before inexplicably dragging itself across the cave floor, coming to a stop a little way away. Rocks don't usually react that way to being poked, do they? Evidently other rocks have far more patience than this one does.]

Deoxys will cease exploding things for a moment to come and levitate a couple of feet above Blue, allowing himself to float upside-down, arms crossed in front of his chest. He seems very chill about that Big Fucking Gun Blue is holding; his regenerative powers are on par with hers, after all.]
