☆ Following in her mother's footsteps to become a Master Rank Pokemon Coordinator, the apparently sweet and unassuming Kelly's grand act doesn't finish at her exit from the stage.
☆ As sociopathic young women with a hideously blunt tongue don't tend to garner favour so easily, Kelly has manufactured a persona that's everything she believes people want to see. A fake friend through and through, Kelly has no qualms with abusing the emotions of her peers in order to get what she wants.
☆ She's a diligent and passionate career woman with a double life as a Team Magma grunt, an addictive personality, and a desire for romance that's hindered by her inability to commit.

☆ Coddled rich kid turned mafia brat. Clarissa's highly stifling home life instilled a rebellious personality in her that puts her at odds with the rest of Team Rocket. A constant pain in the ass to her superiors and a detriment to missions with her clumsiness and inefficiency, Clarissa's place in the Team is barely sealed by her use as a skilled first-aider.
☆ Being danger to herself and constantly swaddled in bandages and sticky plasters, it's a surprise Clarissa hasn't fallen down one staircase too many and landed herself in a box instead of the infirmary, but if she's one thing for it, it's tenacious. Determined to prove she's not just a liability, her ability to get back up after a knock-down extends further than picking herself up after another fast-track journey to the bottom of a stairway.
☆ Her insensitive attitude masks the fact she may kinda-sorta want to fit in and be friends, but she doesn't know how to. Is also a diagnosed kleptomaniac.

☆ Sports clearly run in Jawbreaker's blood, as her entire (and almost exclusively male) family are obsessive athletes. Jawbreaker is every bit as loud and forceful as her dad and her four older brothers, and with her often violent levels of competitiveness during a game she has a real skill for unintentionally scaring ponies off. Her conduct during games has earned her the (uh...mildly?) threatening title of speckled demon.
☆ In actuality, Jawbreaker's as nice a pony as you could meet. She tends to be poor at understanding subtlety and can unwittingly bruise feelings (as well as bodies with her overly rough handling of her buddies) but she's good intentioned.
☆ Her sporting career has been put woefully on hold by a "sports injury" that has a much more painful backstory than Jawbreaker cares to talk about

☆ As a rebellious teen, Jo hated her life in the waterlocked Agate Village, discontent living with the controlling mother she warred constantly with, in a town with only a tiny number of young-people. When finally pawned-off to her apathetic father in the impoverished Pyrite Town, Jo went off the rails, becoming a violent street-gang member.
☆ The introduction of a femme yet mightily powerful female member into Jo's gang forced Jo to reconsider her opinions of girliness, after a life of fighting her mother's insistence she be more ladylike and believing femininity was a sign of weakness. Jo looked up to her like a mentor, but her anger issues were further confounded by the unwanted romantic attraction she felt towards her idol.
☆ Pyrite's mining business went under, taking her father's job with it. Jo was forced to mature very quickly, taking various jobs to keep herself and her dad in their home and with food on the table. With no choice but to quit gang-life and shape up her attitude, Jo grew considerably, eventually mellowing out and coming to terms with both her love of feminine things and her sexuality.
☆ She is now a Duel Square trainer, training in hopes of one day becoming head of the Colosseum. She uses Fire and Poison type Pokemon as she likes to see how her opponents cope under the pressure of their Pokemon's life energy ticking away thanks to a Poison or Burn.

☆ Maya is a Hybrid, a human with animal characteristics. Her octopus features can be credited to controversial gene-splicing experiments that happened a century before her birth, a botched attempt by Malevonain's military to create super-soldiers.
☆ Terrorised by the infant menaces at her preschool who would pull on her tentacles, poke her eyes and just be a little too fascinated by her unique biology, Maya decided to turn the tables and teach her tormentors a lesson by showing them what it felt like to have each inch of their bodies inspected and prodded, only to awaken herself a deep fascination for individual physiology, both human and hybrid alike.
☆ Now a high school student with aspirations of becoming a doctor and a marine biologist, Maya is more enthusiastic than ever about bodies and how they function. Only, her enthusiasm is bordering on obsession (or perversion) and her insisting on investigating everyone she meets has earned Maya a lot of negative attention from her peers.
☆ Logical to a fault, Maya takes whichever action she believes is the most beneficial regardless of the feelings and wants of herself or of others.
