"Just there?"

[She remains on her feet, her distrusting gaze still locked onto the pie, before finally giving a hmph and sitting stiffly down on the floor.]

So it's gotta be an island thing, hasn't it? [She stares at the pie some more — because, you know, just in case it decides to get up and walk out or something — biting on the inside of her mouth in concentration. She then looks up, thrusting her finger out at Silver.]

You. Go get forks and make sure the thing's not pranked!

[He'll go get those forks, anything to distract him even temporarily from all the hot steamy dirty thoughts bombarding him. The island, yeah, the island must be playing some trick on them...hopefully not of the exploding variety.]

[Clarissa will just sit with the pie and wait for Silver to return with the cutlery. Right now the only effect the pie is having on her is that it's making her want to give it a suspicious poke with her finger, which she does. Yes, please not let this be an exploding trick, she would hate to have pie all over the living room.]

[Silver returns with two forks, moving a bit stiffly as he's trying to hide the raging boner he's developed at this point. Not that it's going to do any good seeing as this is Silver, who fails at subtlety.]

[Yes, but this is also Clarissa, who is also not the most observant person you could meet. She's still too invested in the pie to notice her boyfriend's awkward predicament. She snatches a fork from Silver and gives the pastry a wary jab with the business end.]

[Well, thank goodness for small favors. Silver pokes the pastry as well and is relieved when it doesn't explode on them. Unfortunately, the cherry smell is more fragrant now and it's just making his little problem worse.]

[At least it's not booby-trapped. As for any other kind of trap, then...hell, there's only one way to find out. And it does smell so fucking delicious. Clarissa jams the utensil through the pastry and scoops out a forkful of fragrant, sticky-red goodness. She gives the cherry goop a cautionary sniff, but she can't detect anything through the overwhelming scent of the fruit; without any further delays, she shoves the fork into her mouth.

...Holy crap.

Clarissa's eyes gleam and she swiftly darts in to fill up her fork again.]

This is great!

[Well, she looks happy enough, obviously it's not poisoned or explosive or something. Silver shrugs and takes a small bite...he's not much for sweets, but cherries are better than strawberries at least.]

...not bad!

Hey, maybe the island finally did something good for once. Can you believe that?

[She shovels the second forkful of pie into her mouth. There's something almost sensual about how vivid the flavour is, and she pauses to savour it, eyes shut and the end of the fork still in her mouth. She makes a happy "mmm" noise, before finally sliding the fork prongs from between her lips and advancing on the dessert again.]

About damn time, I'd say. [he keeps eating, though he's more focused on watching her at the moment. The pie is shockingly good, yes, but is it because his tastes are changing...or because she thinks it is?]

[All Clarissa knows is that after weeks of her own wretched cooking this treat is like therapy for her taste buds — it's a miracle that she likes her food on the charred side, but considering that everything she makes just tastes ominously off...

Another scoop. As Clarissa raises the fork towards her mouth, a huge dollop of red goop rolls off and plops onto the table. Drat — Clarissa curses a little and sets her fork down in the pastry dish before beginning to scoop up the dropping filling with her fingers. She runs her tongue greedily over the sauce-covered digits before sliding them into her mouth, sucking on them innocuously.]

[WOAH. Silver pauses mid-bite to just stare at her...damn it, why is that suddenly the hottest thing he's ever seen?! Suddenly he barely cares about the pie, he's too focused on the woman eating the pie...]

[Eventually Clarissa releases her fingers, the corners of her mouth still tinged with red. She senses Silver's gaze on her and looks back up at him, scowling.]

What?

[nameissilver]

...n-nothing! [pretends to be suddenly very interested in his pie again] You just looked...stupid with all that pie filling on your fingers! [stupidly SEXY]

[bandagedbandit]

[Hm... She narrows her eyes suspiciously at him before snatching up her fork again and angrily cramming more pie into her mouth.]

A' least I don' look— [mmph] ...stupid all of the time. Not like you!

Hey! I do not! [noms angrily on pie]

[bandagedbandit]

Do too! [om nom nom nom]

[nameissilver]

Do not! [now it's HIS turn to lick filling off his fingers]

[Clarissa opens her mouth to throw back another petty insult, but Silver's little display renders her speechless, leaving her with her mouth still uselessly open. ...Huh. She, uh...feels a little strange. Is it just her is the smell of cherry particularly intoxicating all of a sudden?]

[He's oblivious for about a minute before he catches her staring. Just like he'd been staring at her before...suddenly the flavor on his tongue is more intense than ever.]

[bandagedbandit]

[She can already feel her face becoming hot and her cheeks beginning to flush red, her breathing growing a little more frequent and shallow as that familiar ache sets in — heavier and more demanding than she's experienced in a while. Why was she reacting so strongly all of a sudden? Somehow, the rich, fruity aromas in the air aren't helping. Clarissa bites on her bottom lip, eyes heavily lidded as she frantically diverts her gaze.]

[nameissilver]

[Silver, on the other hand, is unable to avert his gaze; her hair, her eyes, the flush on her cheeks, downward to her chest-oh shit that just makes it much worse. This is hardly the first time he's looked at her and realized to his neverending dread how hot she is but the pie...somehow the stupid pie is making it worse.]

[She lets go of her fork and allows it to clatter onto the table before letting her hand drop, her gaze still downward.]

...I don't want any more.

[And then she's still for a moment, before, slowly, she gets onto her knees and crawls around the table towards Silver. As long as her boyfriend doesn't protest — and Clarissa sincerely hopes he doesn't — what happens next is that she climbs onto his lap, suddenly very close with her legs either side of him and her chest pressing to his as she wraps her arms around his neck.]

[Fuck the pie. Silver throws his fork down and kisses her, one hand grabbing a fistful of hair while the other goes straight for her right breast.]

[Whoa — Clarissa gasps a little at her breast being grabbed so suddenly. Talk about forward, Silver. Then again, neither of them seem to have much constraint at the moment.

...Which is why Clarissa is quick to push her tongue deep into Silver's mouth, moving it roughly and insistently against his.]
